Returns & Refunds
To initiate a return:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery

If damaged or unalive, we MUST have pictures submitted

Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) by contacting support@plantaholic-usa.com
Conditions:

Items must be returned in original condition

Must be received within 10 business days of RA issuance
Important:

Refunds are issued as store credit only
-
Shipping costs are non-refundable
-
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment

A 25% restocking fee applies if the order has been prepared

Orders already shipped cannot be canceled
Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with:

Items of equal or greater value
Customers may request no substitutions at checkout.
Non-Plant Items
We sell plant-related merchandise and supplies.
While we take care in packaging:

Non-plant items are not covered under the live arrival guarantee

Damaged items must still be reported within 72 hours
Accuracy of Billing Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

All products and services are provided “as is.”
