Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

    • If damaged or unalive, we MUST have pictures submitted

  • Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) by contacting support@plantaholic-usa.com

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in original condition

  • Must be received within 10 business days of RA issuance

Important:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment

  • A 25% restocking fee applies if the order has been prepared

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled


Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with:

  • Items of equal or greater value

Customers may request no substitutions at checkout.


Non-Plant Items

We sell plant-related merchandise and supplies.

While we take care in packaging:

  • Non-plant items are not covered under the live arrival guarantee

  • Damaged items must still be reported within 72 hours


Accuracy of Billing Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

You agree to provide:

  • Accurate billing and shipping information

  • Updated contact and payment details


Limitation of Liabilites

All products and services are provided “as is.”

Plantaholic LLC is not liable for:

  • Improper plant care

  • Environmental damage

  • Shipping delays or carrier issues

  • Indirect or consequential damages


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plantaholic LLC from any claims arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Misuse of products

  • Violation of laws or third-party rights
